I have now used Russell twice. Once 3 years ago and today. He is very trustworthy, caring and considerate. He was very punctual and took care of fixing my air conditioning needs. His prices are very fair. I would highly recommend Russell based on my two different experiences with him.

Highly recommend JRP Heating & Air. Russell was extremely responsive, respectful and communicative from the initial phone call through completing the repair. He took the time to find and fix the root issue, instead simply replacing the fuse. We had our A/C back up and running within 2.5 hours of the initial call for a very fair price. A true professional.

Russell offers superb customer service. He takes care of my HVAC system every year to make sure it will handle the upcoming season. Recently he addressed an issue I was having with my heater and he found a very hard-to-find replacement part and fixed it in 24 hours. He's truly a gem.
