Muy mal serio sobre todo en el area del servicio al cliente. Mande un email y nadie contesta . I am very disappointed with the customer service. I sent an email on January 27, 2026, requesting information about an air conditioning unit, and as of February 9, 2026, I still have not received any response. I followed up and still no one has replied. As a contractor, timely communication is very important for us to mov…

I'll start by saying that I think Trane is the best equipment you can buy. But they have some major organizational issues. When trying to get a quote on equipment I can NEVER get in touch with someone useful on the the phone. When I do talk to someone it is the wrong person and when they transfer me to the right person it is 100% of the time a number that does not exist and hangs up on me. I've walked in trying t…

Horrible. Sat on the phone for 40 minuets just to be told that their computer systems are down, and they cannot order a part for an HVAC system that isnt cooling. It is 4pm on a 100-degree day. This is unacceptable of an HVAC parts distributor. Absolutely horrible.

1 star because it's mandatory. Initial call with Parts lead was less than enthusiastic response on their end. A second call, leaving a voicemail yielded no call back. Waiting on parts ordered by the service company, who isn't getting any better service than I am. Pathetic. My 3 YO @Trane unit had 2 catastrophic failures (under warranty) had has been useless for over 2 weeks. I seriously doubt I'll have another T…

I have 17 Trane units at my facility. I have over 200 employees. Trane last year told me they were not going to warranty my compressors unless I bought new units. At the same time, the quotes have come in at $90,000 and a leadtime that comes in for September. Thanks Trane for screwing my company and it's 200 hard working Americans who now work in 100 degree temperatures.
