Smart Service Co

Zaur came out to our house on Memorial Day in expedited time and quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and returned a day later to fix it. He was quick, reputable, and explained the problem to us thoroughly. Great service and we highly recommend this company to anyone. We had a Samsung Smart Refrigerator and it was a huge help to have someone in the area who handles ‘complex’ smart appliances like this.

I would say this is the best appliance repair company in Austin area. Extremely knowledgeable, fairly priced, clear communication, easy scheduling and sometimes even the same day service. They also work on commercial appliances including walk-in freezers and refrigerators.

They fried the control panel when replacing a valve. Poured the water right over the panel. Refused to take any responsibility for the error. Avoid at all costs
