DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE SHAM. Sent to a friends of mines house by American Home Shield. So called technician stated txv was bad along with evaporator coil. Stated coil was froze up, this part was true, severe blockage. Didn't thaw out coil so he could put gauges to the unit. Was gonna charge 3k for a txv and evaporator with $1100+ for 6 lbs of R22. I requested service from AC Wizard through American Home Shield (AHS). The technician reported that the motor had burned out due to a power surge and submitted that diagnosis to AHS.
