I have used Suburban for many years. They did complete replacement of both of my HVAC units and some preventive maintenance. I have found them to be honest, reliable and knowledgeable. A bonus is, unlike a lot of companies, they don’t try to upsell or “knock off $100 on today’s visit” if you buy a service contract.

I’ve had Suburban handle two mini split services, and found their team to be knowledgeable, helpful, and proactive in resolving issues or following up on my behalf. I trust them with my repairs and fully intend to continue using their services in the future. Both the service technicians and the office staff were friendly and professional, readily assisting with my questions and scheduling needs.

Never attempted to do anything but put more coolant in the system. They charge for THEIR drive time. Every single invoice I got had bad math, extra charges, and my unit never returned to working order. I can’t warn you enough to find a bett…
