Cody is fantastic! We called at almost 4 pm on a Friday bc of a issue with our main bathroom. With a wedding set to kick off in the morning, we were desperate to fix the issue immediately. Within 30 min, Cody was in our venue correcting the problem. He got it taken care of quickly and didn't overcharge! Thank you so much for the fast, fair and fabulous work!

Cody and his team are incredible! Between the friendly office staff to the work being done, I can’t recommend them enough! I used them for a house I have under contract. Cody and his team took care of everything we needed and were extremely quick about it! Thank you for helping us get to the closing table!

Cody came out for a real estate inspection and was on time, clean and very friendly. With the line inspections, he was extremely thorough and detailed in his invoice. Ran the camera through all the drain lines and was very knowledgeable when explaining everything to me. I will definitely be using them from here on out. Highly recommended!!

I called Cotton City on a Sunday about a leak at the meter and got a call first thing Monday morning to let me know they would be at my house by noon. Cody came out and made quick work of the leak. Communication was great from the moment they called to set up the appointment, with text updates when Cody was on the way, and updates throughout. I highly recommend Cody and his team.

Reuben at Cotton City, as we say in West Texas, “wears the brand!” He is the best! He impressed me with his willingness to answer all my questions and even teach me a little bit about his trade. I also enjoyed watching him teach his apprentice, who was “a nice young man!” My new water softener is amazing! Thank you! VH
