Comfort Masters just got a new loyal customer! The entire experience was top notch… Sammie was so friendly and professional and most importantly… honest! I felt like my well-being mattered and there was no hard sell like some of the “other folks” in town. Just figured out what I needed, explained it to me in language I could understand, and answered all my questions with the patience of a saint. Outstanding service!!

We had a new HeatPump/AC unit installed by Wade, Malik, Jayden and Aiden. These guys were so professional and polite yet caring and concerned about protecting our property. I had planned on an all day installation, how ever the crew installed the unit within about 4-4 1/2 hrs. Comfort Masters came highly recommended to us and we highly recommend them to anyone having any Plumbing or HVAC issues as well.

It is July in Texas, and every AC man across the state is very busy this time of year. Comfort Masters got back with me within minutes and had Sam out the next morning. He thoroughly checked out my system inside and out, and said that it was running very well and just as it should! I was happy to pay the service fee for good news like that!

Wade and Kieth found my system was working properly however I needed to have some small venting ductwork replaced to larger ventilation, then add insulation. The solution worked and my house is staying cool. They could have easily sold me a new s…
