Recently had Smith & Sons out for Tankless Water Heater maintenance. From scheduling online, to a phone call confirmation, to the technician showing up on-time and doing great work the whole experience was stress free and exceptional. I will be using Smith & Sons moving forward and will be recommending to friends and neighbors.

Nick and Noah came out same day, helped me out for the amount I budgeted for this issue. Very grateful and thankful for their help. Job seemed to be completed properly and timely. I try not to call plumbers, but if I did have to call a plumber again, I’d call this one.

I had a really great experience with Smith and Son plumbing! when they came out to fix a leak in my yard. They showed up on time, were easy to talk to, and took the time to explain what was going on before getting started, which I really appreciated. The repair was handled quickly and professionally, and you can tell they take pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others!
