Can’t say enough about the service provided by Dustin and Shafer. Dustin was first class and Shafer’s communication throughout the entire process was top notch. I was so impressed that I signed up for their annual preventative maintenance program. I highly recommend Shafer Services for all HVAC needs.

I contacted Shafer Services for a second opinion on drainage issues I was having. Diego was fantastic and patiently answered all my questions and concerns. He helped put my mind at ease from the information I received from another company and there was no pressured sales. Will definitely use this company in the future. Thank you Diego!
