Professional, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what he was doing. Other companies tried to charge me $2,000 for a new water heater because they couldn’t identify the actual problem. He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and saved me a lot of money. Excellent service—I highly recommend him!
