I was referred to Duncan Heating and Air from the Carrier warranty representative. The associate took my information, called me back within 10 minutes, and dispatched an A/C tech to visit my home between 2PM and 2:30PM. Steven showed up precisely at 2:00PM. Steven was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. His expertise with Carrier A/C systems is extensive, and he was able to explain every issue with my HV…

He made sure that I understood what he was doing, and he repaired everything much better than it was previously. I've already recommended Duncan Heating &…

My A/C went out last night. I called Duncan early and got their service. A technician called me back quickly. The technician, Steve, was professional, courteous efficient and quick. I feel they changed a fair price for the new motor and labor. I will definitely use them in the future!
