I had been shopping around for quite some time for a water softener and drinking water system before choosing H2O To Go. I decided on this company because of their excellent reviews and military discount. Chris was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He was professional, patient, and great to work with. Izzy handled the installation and did an outstanding job. He installed the syst…

We’ve been loyal H2O to Go customers for over 20 years! They installed our original water softener and reverse osmosis system when our home was brand new, and we’ve trusted them exclusively for service and filter replacements ever since. After 20 years of reliable use, our original water softener was finally ready for an upgrade. Choosing H2O to Go again was a no-brainer! Sid has always taken excellent care of us, …

H20 to Go is the best! My co-worker highly recommended this water softener company to me when I bought my home in the Las Vegas area in 2020. H20 to Go did not disappoint. Six years later using the H20 to Go equipment and absolutely no problems whatsoever!! The service technicians are all friendly and knowledgeable when they come out to replace the filters on my sink drinking facuet. I am very happy and highly r…

It was a smooth install. The lost star is because I didn't receive a call or text about what time the tech would be arriving. It wasn't mentioned when I made the appointment. I wouldn't have chosen dinnertime as my filter change window. Otherwise love the water. The tech was great. Everyone on the phone was nice.
