I love the water system! Bryan was our sales person and he was so thorough and patient. Elias came to install the system and was so fast and helpful with explaining how it works. Fernanda came a few days later to test the water after the installation. She was so friendly and explain everything so well! Overall very happy with with the whole experience.

We bought the whole house and RO ststem for our house when we moved in two years ago. I am extremely happy with how Frank handled a problem we had with our RO system and am truly grateful that Fidelis cares enough about their customers to handle situations quickly and professionally. Guy (his name) came it when promised and was quick and pleasant to boot! Yeah, I would definitely recommend Fidelis for water service…

Reverse osmosis stopped working. Called to get it looked at and they charge $175 for a technician to come out to look it. Yearly “maintenance” of system costs $300. Crazy ridiculous pricing for a $5k system that they boast requires very little to no maintenance besides sodium pellets. I understand you have to replace the filters but they claim the filters alone WHICH ARE “PROPRIETARY” are $200. They’re really ripping…

Made an appt for 10 am. Got a message confirming said appt time. Tech didn’t show. Called at 10:15am to ask where the tech was. Was told my appt was at …

If I could give less, I would. Yes, great water quality, but what they don't tell you is the upkeep cost...... "it'll last you a lifetime". But you need to spend $300-$600 a year on filters, parts, and service on the RO. The unbreakable water filtration system.... You will have to pay the $300 service fee when their system breaks (charcoal layer collapsed). Their system is proprietary... yay... which means you can on…
