Brad is hands-down the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. He delivered our project on time, on budget, and with almost no change orders — a rare combo! His professionalism, clear communication, and integrity made the process stress-free. Even after the job was done, Brad earned my trust and friendship. If you want quality work and a contractor who truly stands by his word, hire Brad.
