My air-conditioning was not coming on at 7pm. After contacting several companies and appts made. No one showed up and I finally gave up & called Complete and Charles texted me back at 10pm...and even though it was late..he did promise to show first thing in the morning. These guy have your back. NO JOKE! Robert was professional, honest and to the point. Best of all of North Las Vegas! These guys ROCK!

I had a great experience with Complete Temperature Services. Albert was very professional and honest about my situation. He could have easily tried to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, but instead he took the time to properly diagnose the issue. He was able to determine that my water leak was not coming from the AC unit condensation, and he also serviced my AC unit thoroughly. I really appreciated his honesty, knowle…

Charles is the complete professional...he had to replace my entire unit which wasn't easy and kept me up to date on the timeline. Charles took extra time to make sure everything was installed perfectly and efficiently. Couldn't have asked for any better service and will absolutely refer Charles and Complete Temperature Service for all my clients.

I would highly recommend this company. They are prompt, courteous and fairly priced. They are constantly in contact with arrival time and any updates on the work being done. The owner even contacted me the day after the work was completed to see how the new unit was working and to remind me to call if I had any questions or concerns.
