I have nothing but good things to say about Gold Medal. They make sure your system works even if it takes a couple of tries. No charging extra to comeback. You pay for what’s wrong not a bunch of up charges. It took a little over a week because they had to order parts but was fixed properly no patchwork. They are professional clean and polite. I highly recommend them.

I thought my system was fine but come to find out I was moments away from a breakdown. Seth was super nice, professional and thoroughly looked at everything, even showed me the burnt wires etc. I can’t even understand how it was even still working! Plus I’m getting 15% off all of my repairs be…

We have been pleased with Gold Medal for years. The office staff is always friendly and professional. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable; they come, do their jobs and do it well. They take care of my home unit as well as our business units. Reasonably priced, they take and show you pictures of your unit, shows you the work that needs to be done and pictures when job is completed. It is a company you can t…

While traveling on the roadway, your driver appeared to engage in aggressive and reckless behavior consistent with road rage. During this encounter, the driver nearly collided with our vehicle, creating an extremely dangerous situation that could have resulted in a serious accident. This t…
