I go through my property manager who uses them a lot. I have no complaints about the quality of their work and the results of their remediation of my latest rental problem looked quite good. Their people are responsive. I would suggest keeping in the communications loop between the insurance company claims adjuster and All American. There is a severe lack of communication between the subcontractors, CM, estimators and the administrative office.
