Horrible service provider. It downgraded the high image of Kaiser permanante "significantly ". Basically you have to call several times for pick up (even i notified them "i am ready"). They don't move until you press. I know they are dealing with many customers and go through different layers of management teams. But waiting (typically) for more than an hour is not acceptable. Not surprised ratings are below (zero)! …

Zero stars is the only accurate rating to leave for this company. They have to be one of the absolute most unorganized, unprofessional companies we have ever encountered. Not only have you left my mother high and dry for a ride to her cancer doctor you left her high and dry with no options. I fear this company is like many an just after $$$ an personal bs. I would never recommend nor try to use them again!! How does…

PURE NIGHTMARE! This is most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life l. MTM has left me stranded several times, sent damaged vehicles to pick me up, scheduled incorrect pickup and drop off times, you name it. I had to cancel appointments due to them making mistakes in my bookings. Don't do it, unless you wanna wait hours for a pickup. Trust me I know from experience.
