Making our purchase was extremely easy to do I would like to thank Travis for going over everything to make sure that we were getting the best system possible. The ECOWATER technician Eric was great, he explained everything as he was going on when he finished he went over everything to make sure that we understood how everything worked couldn't ask for a better guy. We are very happy thank you.

This company is fantastic - we were having an issue with our system and Eric was incredible about fixing the problem. Not only did he fix the problem he answered dozens of questions on best use cases, how to maintain, and just overall great tricks and tips. They were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable, all the things you want when you have a technician coming into your home. Thanks again everyone!

Technician came today and replaced only cartridges needed as this is a 2nd home. He also installed a leak detector that will shut off the unit if a leak is detected. Then he broke up the "salt block" in my water softener unit and instructed me how to check for that. Knowledge is powerful. Thank you for the information.

Made an appointment for today at 2pm. Aidan was the service guy. He arrived at my house @2:05. That is amazing for this town. He was polite, professional and did a complete repair. When done he checked my soft water system …
