There were days when I thought I should rate this company with 5 stars, while there were other days, they deserved a one star. Nigro was contracted to do work in our condo after water damage occurred. The price was fair and the completed work was high quality. It's the stuff that happened in between that was frustrating. Had fire damage to my professional building and decided to use Nigro for reconstruction and repairs. Insurance was paying for the work. It was an adversarial relationship from the start. I could not work with superintendent because he never returned calls or responded to contacts. They ended up having me deal with a VP.
