Unethical ownership and management that creates fraudulent charges & refuses to provide any documentation or invoice for the charge. Well I didn’t not listen to the reviews for this property and I regret it.. I had an excellent property manager but the people behind the office itself are dishonest and incompetent. It's clear from their move-in and move-out process that their only interest is skimming funds from their tenants deposits and being dishonest about the nature of the charges. All I can say is horrible management company. 1900 deposit. 250 non refundable pet deposit I'm okay with that since I had a dog. I call inquiring about the rest of my deposit and they say I owe them and charged me for 5 years of paint when I only lived there 1 year. I have pictures see you soon in Small Claims Court.
