In 2024 I purchased a 30 year old home built by Desert Oak in Henderson NV. I am very impressed with how well this home has held up over the years. It seems like it was built with excellent quality and attention to detail. I just wanted to write and thank you for building this home 30 years ago and let you know that I will do my best to take care of it for future generations.

We got basic quotes for a remodel project. We did not even try to negotiate price. We were just trying to identify next steps when Frank from Desert Oak went dead silent. Even if Desert Oak decided to not move forward with our project, there was no professional courtesy to let us know about their change of heart. This was extremely unprofessional and rude attitude towards potential customers. l
