I've used Sprinklerman Service for several previous years. In the past I always had the system checked and the backflow certification done. This year they came; performed the system check, but did not complete the backflow certificatioin. After receiving notice of the delinquincy, Sprinklerman informed me that I did not "sign up" for the certification, a new requirement triggerinbg the delinquincy. I find this an…

I have heard from two sources now as well as my personal experience that they purposely do a bad install on a sprinkler system so that they can come back later and charge from Repair repairs. Those two sources are from Spectrum… Yes, that Spectrum and also their former foreman who worked for him for years. My system was so badly installed and had to be redone by their competition run away from sprinkler man.
