Everything went perfect! I have 3 buildings and 5 systems, Aaron, technician, checked all systems, was extremely thorough and polite, explained everything, and called me back with a no cost solution to a trouble alarm being generated by a construction issue at my mall. Totally recommend, would call again without hesitation.

Always friendly. Always responsive. Worked with Aaron, he's our preferred tech. He teaches me things about MY job! If Aaron is not available, I'll wait. CA phone reps always try to help, if they can't, they know who can!!

Austin was great. He explained the whole system--how it worked and how to set up my profile. Changed out the batteries in all the alarms, and tested them. Super helpful!
