Do not work with Paul Skifton Home Systems Installation! I was a customer for many years. My service with him renewed and my annual bill was charged to my account in September of 2020. On October 8th, I called and requested that his services be cancelled and that I had switched to another alarm service provider. Horrible experience. Owner (Paul) will not return phone calls, provide estimates and no follow-up. His staff are good to work with and try to do the best they can. I fired HSI after the 3rd request for estimates and equipment specifications on a new construction install.
