Working with Shiprock to find an apartment has been a great experience. I've had lots of questions throughout the process and they are always quick and pleasant when answering my calls and emails. The agent showed up on time to showings, so no one's time was wasted. Sean M was awesome to work with. He was able to cluster our showings so we didn't have to wait all day for scheduled times. We have a new girl who comes and cleans the building and she is doing a great job. Also, the lawn service hired this year is one of the best we have had. Lawn looks beautiful and clean up after is top notch. Hiring the right people to keep our home looking its best is a job well d…

Helpful, polite, and always encouraging to call back if needed. If you put it back the wa…
