We hired Knutson Custom Construction first to do a bathroom renovation and couldn't have been more thrilled with the results. Their craftsmanship and quality were so wonderful, we hired KCC again to do a full kitchen remodel and then a master bathroom remodel. From the beginning the entire team was transparent about budget and timeline and kept us well informed through every phase. But what stood out the most was the…

They built us a great house. The process was overall smooth, with the usual couple hiccups along the way. They gave good suggestions and walked us though the process on our first ever build project. I definitely would recommend them as a quality build team. Andrew suggested SIPS as appropriate for the model of house we chose. With this our home is extremely energy efficient.

ATK is proud to partner with Knutson Custom Construction as one of their subcontractors. Knutson’s are always quick to pay and responsive when they need to be to keep us working. They always have fun and interesting projects.

Ownership has questionable business ethics and poor handling of customer issues post-construction. Update from October 2024- ownership continues to be difficult to work with and is unhelpful when addressing a known issue with their workmanship. I can’t comment much on their vision or mission, but I can comment negatively on their ethics and the way they do business.
