The employees are so helpful and welcoming. They offer a free professional tax site every year to the community. It is a good idea to get there early as it gets really busy. I've spent a few hours there waiting to file my taxes. It's worth the wait. They also offer many Community Education classes, they have many resources, and they do a lot to help the community.

The staff is amazing. I was greeted very warm and friendly by Dawn, the receptionist. She is SO friendly! I met with two different workers, and they both helped me with the things I needed. They provide help getting you health care, become a CNA, make and keep a budget, help you to clean your credit.

It'll let us a little frustrating though that today we were 8th in line but by the time it opened at 11:00 there was about 30 people in front of us people let people cut and join them all the time the lion didn't get any longer but it sure got wider it should be first come first serve. The lady answering the phone was really helpful in providing what she knew about possible help with food and gas till we can get by till our first paychecks. That's the only good out of this "For Profit" organization because this guy the lady referred us to, he was definitely trying to dance around helping us out. Couldn't answer any questions.
