Simon Gilna of Gilna Builds, is my contractor of choice. He is a careful, kind communicator and generously works to customer satisfaction. Having lived in Duluth 52 years, experiencing many contractors of different skills and specialties, I am heart warmingly happy to know Simon. He has many skills and is honest about clarifying what he can do for his customers.
