Gaviota did a great job with my claim. They are very knowledgeable and able to work with the adjusters and insurance company. I was able to get my flat rubber roof replaced and building siding replaced. They made the process so easy and did a fantastic job. 0 star. Horrible service! Try to set up a consultation with them regarding my roof. Sent them an email with the documents they needed. Did not receive a response. Called to follow up and the guy told me they responded via email. Checked all the folders in my email and nothing. Only email I see is my email to them.
