Josh did a great job of problem solving a complex balcony railing/roof issue. I had several other people look at the job and the bids were very high. Josh and his team did the work for a great price, were professional and responsive, showed up on time, and did a great job. Josh was also willing to fill out paperwork that I needed, getting it back to me quickly - he went above and beyond to provide amazing customer se…

Josh and team did really great work. Josh has been there every step of the way and has handled our insurance claim. He also helped us out and did some extra work to help improve the look of the exterior of our home. We also had him out last year after a storm to check out our roof and he was not pushy at all to file an insurance claim.

Josh and his team did a fantastic job on a roof repair for us. It feels rare to get such fast and personable service. I’ve had nothing but great interactions with the folks at Sterling Concepts. We’ll be calling them for any and all roofing needs in the future.

We needed some siding reattached and other siding replaced. Josh responded in a timely manner with a bid for the work. The same was true of the scheduling and execution of the job. In less than a week we had our tasks complete. Further, when Josh or Greg in the course of the work noticed small spots of damage not included in the bid, they just fixed them without changing the price.

Went from thinking we needed to pay for a roof out of pocket to having the entire roof replacement costs covered. Josh and the team were great and very communicative. Would recommend!
