I wasn’t aware CAPRW notarized documents. I came with a client who did not have an ID but I could vouch as a credible witness. Rich was understanding and helpful. The process was quick and straightforward. My client and myself was immediately relieved because we thought we wouldn’t be able to get it because not everywhere accepts a credible witness. Life saver, wish for more funding to help people in need.. the only issue is verifying calls for clarity if assistance was accepted by the person's landlords or not. Can definitely use better communication from any assistance persons to person. Can never get through to communicate with office workers by phone or emails.
