The service Flannery Construction provided was above board and exceeded our expectations. A complex historic renovation of a University fraternity on a tight schedule, Flannery fulfilled their obligation with stellar results. Great decision makers, excellent construction and good results. I recommend them for clients who demand a high level of service, fulfill their contract on time and on budget.

So I’ve never actually used Flannery’s services at all, but I do cleanup trash in the Midway every month and their property is consistently the cleanest and best in the area. It’s rare to find a single piece of trash, and I wanted to say how much I appreciate them taking good care of their little piece of our neighborhood.
