If I could give 10 stars for the service we received from Ross, I would! Ross is not only knowledgeable and experienced, but also cares deeply about making sound recommendations for our needs. He's responsive, professional, follows through on his commitments, and his charge is very reasonable. We would not at all hesitate to call him again for future needs or recommend him to anyone!

Four years ago, Iwamoto's team added some wiring for my carport. We learned two months ago that they mis-wired the ground in a way that was not initially apparent, but slowly leading to catastrophe, as lights began to flicker, then a sudden power surge which destroyed several appliances. When notified of the problem, Ross took full responsibility for the error, came by to fix what he could, and compensated me promptl…

I have been building houses for 30 years, so I have had a lot of experiences with electricians (mostly negative). We have hired Ross for three jobs in the last year. I have to say that, hands down, he is the best electrician that we have ever worked with. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Ross and his guys did a complete electrical install for our new home build in 2019. After we just moved in, our dryer quit working and I found that there was no power in the outlet. Called Ross and he came the next day to trouble shoot and found it was a faulty fuse in the breaker box. He replaced it and didn’t even charge us. Awesome guy and he’s easy to work with, great communication, professional work and best pri…

We couldn't figure out the cause of that initially, Ross came over a few times promptly and tried diffeerent things. Still not working. Eventually he had thoroughly opened up all the fans and light fixes to check EVERYthing, and found a…
