No voicemail, someone actually answered the phone :) Forwarded to "Mel", explained my situation & had two young men here to work on my electrical issue. It took some time but my electrical problem fixed. Really appreciate the consideration and the fast service. IF you want to talk to a person, not have to leave a message and not get a call back, call Hirayama Brothers Electric, Inc

Fantastic service from start to finish! From Pua- in the office, to Mel who came out to develop a quote for us; and Ivan & Logan, the electricians who came out and did a. beautiful job. We will definitely call on Hirayama for all of our future electrical needs.

Called to request a quote, they connected me to Jim. He diagnosed the issue and asked that I checked a few things. I followed his suggestion and it fixed my electrical problem, thanks! I highly recommend doing business with Hirayama.

Called their office they scheduled for tomorrow but they called me back and came out the same day. Very professional Cody and his partner hooked up my hot water heater. They patiently Waited to double check it was fixed, and triple checked the voltage and circuit breaker for my concerns. Everything is great, much appreciated, great communication. Thank you I can finally take hot showers again.

I have been charged numerous times $3 transactions & I’ve never requested services nor have ever visited or co tatted their business. They’ve charged my main bank card & also now my cashapp card. I’ve despite charges & they are @ it again. No one likes to get ripped off. Beware of business like this because this random $3 charging of my cards is extremely petty. They charged $3 4x in a row within one minute.
