I have had experiences with JWB and my property manager, Alberto Cruz. He has worked patiently and diligently with me through some issues and all of my maintenance issues have been addressed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them. I now have a new property manager, Robin, who works with me to help resolve any issues I may have.

So far I have not had the best experience with JWB Rental Homes. We had issues with our exterior doors and a day after move in was not able to use the main kitchen sink. These should have all been addressed prior to move in.

I have videos, too, but this property management company is one of the worst. I also have screenshots of the garbage communication and now they’re trying to fraudulently charge us for staying more than our lease. Wild! Anyways, pics are of their other homes on the market. Roaches, mold, condoms, drugs, you name it, they got it! JWB could get a 0 if it was available!
