From start to finish, I can't say enough about this company! If I could leave a 10 star review, I would. Gerry, the sales representative, was very professional and helped me choose the perfect door. And the price right, too. The women in the office are super helpful and so KIND. Melodie was especially good at answering my questions and addressing my concerns. And the gentleman who did the installation was AMAZING! …

After experiencing quality and installation issues at New South Windows, we went with ACE Door and Window for a front door, kitchen picture windows and single hung master window to finish off the house. I’m extremely happy with my new iron doors! The finished product is beautiful, and the installer was professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect and even came back on the weekend to complete the job. Highly recommend!

They even installed while we were away on vacation and I trusted them to complete the job. They d…

Unfortunately not a company that corrects their wrongs. The sales rep sold us our full house of windows without explaining they’d be installing them the least effective (both maintenance and efficiency wise) way that would lead to problems down the road. Our neighbors houses that have 30 years old unreplaced windows look better.
