We had a wonderful experience working with Dostie Homes to build our home from design to finish. We have worked with builders in the past (residential and commercial properties) so we have other build experiences to compare our Dostie experience to. Everyone we worked with at Dostie was friendly, professional and was sincerely invested in our project. The quality of our DREAM home exceeded our expectations! We ar…

Our experience with Dostie was superb. We specifically were blessed to work with David H. and after spending months working with him, he and the builder gave us the exact family-feel we were looking for. David was extremely attentive to our needs, timeline, and considerate that we were moving two children and two dogs. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly, and the attention to detail and customer se…

I don't own a Dostie house but I need to back them up when I saw the low rating reviews about them being slow while the other builders are faster with higher quality. Dostie built our dream home. The quality of our home, the attentiveness to every detail and the responsiveness anytime we had a concern was more than we could have asked for. Sam Claussen designed a beautiful floorplan. Rob and Robbie are the best project managers we could have asked for and Rick and Chris Dostie run the business with the highest integrity. I will only buy a Dostie home from now on.

From our first meeting with David Hayes through the continued support from JP Foshee, our experience with the Dostie team has been spectacular. Buying a house is stressful. Building a house triples that stress. That is, unless you are building with Dostie and have David, Lauren and JP on your side. Interacting with those team members is analogous to being with friends. Dostie’s commitment to quality is evident throu…
