Home Wise Services was recommended by a neighbor who was extremely satisfied with their home inspection services. We purchased a new build home in St. Augustine, FL in 2023. Our 1-year warranty inspection was coming due and wanted a professional assessment of the property completed before we signed off on our final checklist. The company owner Larry provided the inspection services. A professional from start to finis…

I've used Larry Falasco for six inspections personally and my parents used him for three. In 2012, when I was building my home, I worked with Larry to do inspections of the slab, pre-drywall, and an inspection prior to closing on the house. The concrete slab for this home was poured with an improper mix of materials and had to be torn up and redone, but Larry inspected it the first and second time around. Larry's ins…

He found things that we would not have dreamed of looking for, let alone finding. Then he took us through the house room …

Recently (03/2011) had a home inspection completed by Mr. Larry Falasco of Home Wise Services and have to say we were impressed. He was extremely thorough and helpful. We were told to set aside 3 hours for the inspection and thankfully he walked us through everything in the house that was possible and I am sure we slowed him down as it took almost 4 hours from start to finish on a 1485 SqFt. home. He answered all the…

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I have had many house inspections but never one like this. The report was so outrageous that everyone who read it couldn't believe how ridiculous and inaccurate this report was. If you are looking to buy or sell a house steer clear of this company. What Larry said in his report was not true and ran my potential buyers away with his misguided opinions, recommendations and suggestions. Just 1 o…
