Wow! What a great experience! Everything from Jess Exline coming out and explaining the process before the work was done to Jose and Palmer teaching me how to use my Nuve thermostat after installation. I cannot be happier with our decision to choose Parker Services for our new HVAC unit. Highly recommend to anyone reading this!

We have been very happy with Parker Services for MANY years! They put in our new system a few years ago and worked to get it perfect to match the unusual house we live in. Last week our motherboard went out due to the number of thunderstorms and lightning we had in our area. Our technician, Cole, was especially instrumental and resourceful to get our AC back asap. Highly recommend!

I called at 7:30 a.m., and Alex arrived by 9:30 a.m. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Alex was professional, easy to talk to, and had a fantastic attitude. Sarah also called to schedule my maintenance appointment, and she was just as friendly and pleasant on the phone. This team provides outstanding customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, profession…

They were straight forward with pricing and sol…

Paul came out within an hour of my call on a Saturday. He got the unit working again and replaced the blower on Monday. Very reasonable costs and very prompt service.
