It seems a little strange to get excited about an HVAC maintenance visit, but Donny’s Heating & A/C genuinely impressed me. From start to finish, they did everything right. Jarvis showed up right on time, told me how long the service would take, and finished almost …

Jarvis came out today for our routine maintenance visit. He was extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I don't know what else I can say about Jarvis. Impressed doesn't begin to cover it. Give him a raise! But honestly, the whole company is wonderful!

Jarvis was great and really thorough. The customer service is awesome, I don’t even need to remember to book my checks; they reach out to me and are very flexible and efficient!

We’ve been using Donny’s since our house was built in 2017. They installed the units for the contractor and it just made sense to use Donny’s to maintain the unit. For nine years we’ve received excellent service. We have their maintenance plan, so they’re here every six months. The office staff and field crew are easy to deal with and very nice.

From the first call with Anabella I knew this was the company I would be choosing for my new build. She let me know when Teri would be in route to do my quote and he was right on time! Service was great!!
