We were very lucky to have David Deschino as our realtor. David is a true professional who provides knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated service to his clients, helping them to navigate the renting a home process efficiently and with a focus on their needs and goals. Thank you David again for everything.

My name is Ronnie and my wife is katiria. We had the pleasure of working with David as we were looking for a home in the psl area. We thought we were out of options do to our credit not being that good. But David and his wife got us the house we wanted in a timely manner. Anyone looking for a agent that is going to get it done for you no matter what please call him he is great

David is a true residential real estate professional, as he guided us through the sale of my mother's house through some unfortunate events and dealing with unreliable buyers. He helped us keep our eye on the end goal, and keeping the negotiations professional. David gauged the market and guided us to price the house at its true market value. Please consider David for your home selling needs.

We have done a fair number of buy/sell sequences with respect to Florida real estate. My wife and I can definitely say that David was the not only knowledgeable but the most patient professional we have ever dealt with. No matter how often we contacted him, and no matter how 'small' the question, David could always be counted on to respond with a positive and helpful message

Mr Deschino is a true professional. He helped out my fiancée and I get a place and we needed to get one very quickly. Not only did he find us one, but he was also willing to do whatever it took to get us into one. He comes highly recommended for anyone that is looking to relocate.
