Best part is they came about 30 minutes early and even Esteban came by to introduce himself! They were super thorough and explained the process of our issues and how they were going to fix it. I would recommend Pride to anyone needing AC service. I had my unit replaced and am very satisfied. I had 4 quotes, which Esteban encouraged me to do. Pride was comparable in price to all of them. Esteban was so knowledgeable about all the products and followed through from quote through installation and inspection. :Steve was very professional also during the installation. Pride is a great company to work with.
