Lauren and Chris did a fantastic job inspecting our house! Recently we had new doors, windows and a garage door installed. Called Sunshine Home Inspection to schedule a Wind Mitigation. They responded quickly to schedule an appointment. Both were very professional and answered any and every question I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an inspection to ensure they are in compliant and up to date …

100% Recommend. Chris & Lauren were extremely thoroughly in their home inspection. I received a very detailed report with pictures I could use for my 1yr warranty inspection. They found issues/things I had missed and because of them I am getting these resolved through my warranty department. A huge thanks to the both of them.

I can’t recommend Sunshine Home Inspections enough- Chris and Lauren are phenomenal. You’re not finding customer service as warm and kind anywhere else, AND with affordable pricing that no other home inspection company can match. If you need an inspection, these are the people you need to call. Thank you so much!
