Seven Pines is quickly growing into a great community. We have been in our new Duval model home for a bit over 2 months now and have finally settled in. Travis, our builder, has been excellent in resolving any issues we have found with the home. We are now under ICI homes 2/10 warranty and are receiving the same service from Alan and John the Manager. We are looking forward to the new club house to be completed …

I don't even get the couple of complaints I saw that were bad. I'll tell you this, we waited a long time to pick a builder and a community. ICI in Seven Pines to be specific. Travis is our builder and he has been super a…

ICI was great! We love our new home and the neighborhood! The location and quality is so good! They were so helpful and flexible with our needs and helped us move in before our due date for our daughter! Barbi in the sales office is the best and Tres our builder was great as well!

Poor review from a Tamaya resident so you don't get duped into building here. ICI Homes doesn't care about your preferences once your contract is signed, and they forget you exist once you give into the pressure to give them a high survey review score.
