Ted Biondi is a con man. I paid him to do work on my home. He did part of the job and then walked off the job. Later I found out that he did not pay his subs and they have placed liens on my home. He talks a big game but his work is sub-par and he rips off his customers. Wish I could give him negative stars. YOU DO NOT WANT THIS GUY ON YOUR JOB SITE.
