We moved into our SEDA home 3 months ago and we love it! All of the staff at SEDA have been great to work with and have made us feel valued as a customer and welcomed us as a family. The quality of the build far exceeded our expectations and the design center provided us with lots of choices to fully customize our home to exactly how we wanted it. We've made great new friends here and we look forward to many years to…

SEDA New Homes is in the top if not the very top for Build Quality, Customer Service, Functioning Floor plans and Repeat Customers. If your in the market for a well built home with a positive experience put SEDA at the top of your list when purchasing a new Home.

There is a reason they make having an inspection of the home before closing so difficult, because it wouldn’t pass. The list of problems with my home is too long to list, but here are the photos of my foundation that needed to be tore …
