The City told us we had a leak and it wasn't on their end so we contacted Dixie Mechanical and they came out and detected no leaks in our home but saw a leak from the newly installed meter that the City put in and we contacted the City again and they came back and found the leak at the pipe to the house in the meter which they didn't detect prior and that's why we had to call Dixie Mechanical. I had an exterior water pipe leak that another plumber (sent by the service repair company I use) could not diagnose properly. They arrived, diagnosed the problem very quickly, and fixed it. They did a great job, and I found them very responsive. I will use them as my go to plumbers for everything. I can't recommend them more highly.

The only reason I gave them one star was because I couldn't give them zero. Select Home Warranty Service decided to contract Dixie Mechanical and they have no sense of urgency or respect to contact the customer if they will not be showing up to a scheduled appointment.
