We highly appreciate the excellent service provided by Need a Plumber. We have had excellent communication with the team, and we have been kept informed on each step of the process of replacing the Cast iron piping that was leaking into the ground. Now, it has all new pvc and hook to the city line. The entire team was outstanding. We are immensely pleased.

I called that morning to replace my hot water heater. Shelly asked me when.. I said today. She chuckled for a second. Then said okay… how about 2:00. I said that works. Need a Plumber Inc responding quickly to my kitchen plumbing leaks on Monday October 21, 2024. The technician, Sase and helper were able to replace the old leaking pipes with new pvc plumbing and streamlined the plumbing connections to make more room under the kitchen sink. So far no leaks and did a great cleanup of the area. Looking forward to using Need a Plumber for future plumbing services.

Sase and his crew are fast and efficient! I needed a failed cast iron replaced, and they came out and took care of it in a day! I highly recommend them for any service, especially emergency service when it comes to cast iron pipe/sewer change out.

Unfortunate experience. My toilet was running and plumber said it was a "special order" part. Meanwhile this a regular Duravit toilet with Geberit flush system that is bought all the time. He said to replace the part was $950! Meanwhile you can buy the whole toilet brand new for $500. My sense is he just doesn't know what he's doing but now I am out $130 for his "service".
