I highly recommend Third Little Pig Construction. I have used them for commercial and residential projects for over ten years. Jeremiah always makes sure the job is done right and at a very fair price. They are excellent with planning cost effective solutions and always make sure to let you know all of the options within the budget.

Top quality work at a fair price. Jeremiah is great to work with. It is wonderful to work with a company that cares so much about the job they do & the customers they work with.

We had an extensive renovation which had many small problems. However, one year later, we find that our Air Conditioner was installed on a plastic pad, not concrete as required. Many of the subcontractors cut corners and did not do as requested or retired by basic safety code standards. This includes paint, plumbing, A/C and electrical in our experience. Avoids calls and is very hard to get ahold of.
